The common flaw that these services share is the fact that you cannot look up cellular and unlisted phone numbers. We cannot expect much from a free “charity” service like that. If you search hard you will be able to find 2 or 3 companies that offer high quality reverse cell phone look ups. When you get to their site make sure to perform a sample look up to see if the phone number that interests you can be found in the database.

Today a lot of Americans are searching for ways to spend less of their money.  With the way the economy is you can’t blame them.  They look at cutting expenses.  Maybe they go out less.They aren’t going out and buying things of no use.But what I would like to look at is a way that you probably haven’t thought too much about.  That way is in your car.

When people think of saving money with their cars, they think of gas.They try to come up with ways of spending less money on gas.But what I would like to point out that if your car is properly cared for you will save more in the long run.  I know this for a fact running my San Diego auto repair company. 

With most cars people usually don’t think of maintenance. Unfortunately the only time they do think about it, is when it is too late.They wait for their car to have something go wrong or something to break down.But from what I have witnessed doing this and waiting ends up making the auto repair expenses more costly.

As an example let look at your brakes.  If you properly maintain your brakes you can avoid costly repairs.If you do not do it, you will have some exspensive disc brakes that will need a repair.Or you may have to get the brake shoes replaced.  By properly using your brakes and maintaining them you can save money.  So take it in to a brake shop like my San Diego brake shop and you can find out if you need to do anything.  Thinks like making sure it has enough brake fluid. 

Or people don’t get tuneups with their car.  They let the engine go.  They don’t change the oil as much as they should. This leads to the engines running bad in your cars.So bad that the chances of it passing a smog test is slim at best.  From what I have seen running a smog test San Diego shop, if you fail a smog test, this can lead to expensive repairs just to get it to pass.

But if you do the proper maintenance you will keep your car running well.  The engine will run smoother and properly.Go and wait too long and it will end up costing you more money in the long run.

One thing about our society that is great is the sports that we love.  From professional athletes all the way down to little kids.  We get to enjoy it all.One very big thing about sports, it doesn’t matter how good you are, it all comes down to a mental game.

What am I saying with that?  We have all seen very gifted athletes who couldn’t make it.When you examine the reason why, most of the times it was a problem in their head.  I know this for a fact helping a lot of athletes as a sports psychologist in San Diego.  At each level you are going to reach a point where everyone is pretty good.The ones that are able to conquer the mental game will be the successful ones.

Most of the times the reason that holds a lot of athletes back from success is the mental aspect of the game.We witness very exreme situations in professional sports where bright stars just can’t succeed anymore.

But we are also very aware of the instances where there was an athlete who was struggling suddenly turn it around after hiring a sports psychologist.

In golf, Tiger Woods is definitely the strongest golfer out there mentally.  Yes he has an excellent game.But it fascinating to see all his competition fold under the pressure of competing against him.  Very good case in point of how mental sports are.
